Volvo XC90 Active System Adapter/Amp Bypass Lead
The original amplifier in the car has fibre optic connections from the head unit. When replacing the head unit it will be necessary to bypass the fibre optics and ignore the original amplifier.
This lead is designed to be used along with a steering wheel control interface and a parking sensor retention interface.
When bypassing the amplifier, the original subwoofer will no longer work. Additional wires are on this lead to enable the installation of an aftermarket amplifier to drive the subwoofer.
