We endeavour to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Express Shipping - 24 - 48 Hours (UK): 1-2 business days
7-14 days delivery service (UK): 7-14 business days
14 - 21 days delivery service (UK): 14 - 21 business days
28 day delivery service (UK): up to 28 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available). Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

6. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
