Eltax Vintage MTR 1959 3-way 150W RMS Bass Reflex Speakers - Walnut
With its vintage look, the Eltax Vintage MTR 1959 is a direct descendant of its big sister, the Eltax Vintage PWR 1959.
Its solid construction allows it to deliver an incredibly warm sound in a very efficient way. The Eltax Vintage MTR 1959 is a 3-way bass reflex model with a 30 cm diameter bass driver and a 12cm diameter midrange driver in a sealed wooden enclosure. Both drivers are made of cellulose, coated for the midrange, offering a dynamic and reactive sound reproduction. Its 2.5 cm tweeter is made of a silk dome placed in a compression chamber to mechanically amplify the sound, thus making its high-frequency reproduction more precise and natural. The reinforcements of the cabinet provide rigidity to the whole and allow to eliminate any harmful vibration for a serene and parasite-free listening.
Designed to reproduce a live concert in all its majesty without cluttering up the room, the Eltax MRT 1959 offers an excellent compromise between listening comfort, power handling and tonal precision in a timeless vintage design.
