What is MIB-II?
MIB II stands for modular infotainment platform II, as it is the second generation of the Volkswagen infotainment system. The base unit in many models is a five-inch resistive touchscreen, which means that it requires pressure to work. The upgrades in many models are 6.5 inches if it is part of the Golf family, plus the e-Golf has a special 8-inch touchscreen when you upgrade to the higher trim.
