ZT Series: Impressive performance in a compact design
The ZT6004 is a powerful 600 Watt 4-channel 24V Class-D amplifier with a fantastic compact design suitable for even the smallest of installations. With an RMS output of 4x 150W at 2 ohms, 4x 100W at 4 ohms or 2x 300W 4 ohms bridged, this amplifier is versatile. The system is equipped with a high-quality gold design circuit board, which ensures clean and clear power delivery to all your components with its high-quality connection terminal. Along with full protection of the circuitry on the board, the heavy-duty solid terminal block allows maximum current delivery for both low-level and high-level inputs, providing a wide variety of connectivity options for any installation.

“High Level” inputs for easy upgrading of all systems
The low-level cinch inputs also allow "high-level". If a high level signal is used, the amplifier will start automatically without a remote signal.
Intelligent automatic switch-on (Auto Turn On)
Auto-On is useful if your factory sound system does not provide a remote line to activate the amplifier. If you connect the amplifier directly to the high-level input signal of the system, this can activate the amplifier based on the input voltage.
Intelligent 4-way protection circuit & integrated fan system
The intelligent 4-fold protection circuit and the integrated fan system (ZT15001 only) work together optimally to ensure better reliability and more performance in the demanding vehicle environment. The sophisticated protective circuit protects the amplifier during the operation against:
- thermal overload
- polarity reversal
- short circuit
- low voltage
Solid terminal block terminal
Massive terminal block for up to 25mm² power and ground cables supply the amplifiers with the required current without contact resistance. The +12V terminal is connected directly to the battery using a 25mm² cable - a fuse max. 30cm after the battery terminal is mandatory. The remote input is controlled with the switched +24V of the head unit and GROUND is best connected to a central, well-conducting ground point on the body.
Our connection recommendation
Due to the current levels that occur, the following configuration is recommended for the Z amplifiers:
- Current: 4 gauge (25mm²)
- Speaker: 10 gauge (6mm 2 )
For the best possible sound quality, we recommend premium amplifier connection cable sets from the Stinger brand - suitable for this amplifier, for example the Stinger SK4641, which you can also find in our accessories.
