The Phoenix Gold Compo system of the RX series uses a powerful mid-bass that is optimally matched to the acoustically and high quality 19mm Mylar tweeter. Thanks to the supplied housings, it can be perfectly integrated into the car by recessed or surface mounting.

The complex external passive crossover of the Kompo system enables a smooth transition of the frequency range from tweeter to mid-bass. The RX speakers are developed according to the latest acoustic standards and are equipped with complex components. They impress with their high performance, durability and natural sound.

Tweeter

Balanced 19mm Mylar tweeter which can be integrated into the car by recessed or surface mounting. The tweeter impresses with its pleasantly warm and detailed frequency reproduction.

Mid-bass

Powder-coated anti-resonance steel basket for linear stroke and optimal flow characteristics.

UV-treated foam bead

Premium design with UV-treated foam bead. As a result, the bead is less sensitive to weather influences and thus has a particularly long life.

Triple laminated, ultra stiff & lightweight paper membrane

The advanced laminating process ensures excellent membrane stiffness and optimal damping.

Polyamid-voice coil carrier

Heat-resistant lightweight polyamide voice coil carrier for improved load resistance and durability.

Interwoven pigtails

A terminal with leads woven into the spider.

Integrierter Phase-Plug

The phase plug dissipates the heat in the voice coil better due to its large radiating area and provides additional ventilation of the voice coil through the air gap. Acoustically, it acts as a phase correcting element in the mid-range, which makes the system sound more airy and resolves better.

Extensively switched 24dB crossover network

The crossover offers a complex circuitry with steep separation of the tweeter and frequency response correction of the mid-bass.

Thanks to the removable protective grille and low installation depth, the RX-Compo system is ideally suited as a sound upgrade of the factory loudspeakers in the doors.
