This is the latest available Garmin Map Pilot ECE NTG5 Star2 2019 (V12) road map database for Mercedes-Benz Audio 20 SD Navigation systems. If your navigation system currently displays the message "no memory card containing navigation software inserted" then this memory card will add navigation route guidance to your car.  This update can be installed in the comfort of your own home in approximately 1 minute, no dealer intervention or activation is required and installation instructions can be found below.

Garmin navigation systems can easily be identified as they will always have a touchpad on the centre console.

User-friendly navigation, accurate map data, and excellent route guidance - the Garmin® MAP PILOT transfers all the benefits of a Garmin® navigation system to the Audio 20 CD. This is easily done by inserting an SD card with navigation software and map data sets. The Garmin® look-and-feel map display is high-resolution and in color via the large display on the multimedia system with additional navigation information in the instrument cluster. 3D views with exact street and building representations, as well as photo-realistic crossing and lane assistants, facilitate orientation. The controller is available for intuitive operation. In addition, navigation can also be controlled by voice.

60 days of free map updates
If the pre-installed map material on your genuine Garmin® MAP PILOT SD card is not the latest version, you will be entitled to install it free of charge within 60 days of your first using the system!

Here's how it works:
Register with the Mercedes-Benz Shop, insert your genuine Garmin® MAP PILOT SD card into your PC, start the Mercedes-Benz Download Manager and download the free offers.

Please note:
The Garmin® MAP PILOT can only be used in conjunction with Audio 20 CD.
Genuine Mercedes-Benz item, brand new and in its original SD case. Since the Garmin® MAP PILOT (SD card) is married to the head unit after insertion, it can not be transferred to other vehicles. The free use of the service "Live Traffic Information" is valid for 3 years after commissioning. Afterwards, the service can be extended for another 3 years by purchasing an updated card (including current map material).
