Kicker outfits the 51MWF124 with plenty of weather-resistant technology, from the glass-infused nylon woofer basket (for corrosion resistance) to ribbed silicone gasketing (for a tight seal). Its stiff polypropylene cone is co-molded to a TPE surround to keep things balanced during hard-hitting tunes. This robust sub also meets or exceeds ASTM standards for UV and salt/fog exposure, ensuring it won't leave your music unmoored after extended time outside. The included UV-resistant grille combines protection with eye-catching good looks, and Kicker offers an optional white grille, Kicker 51MWG12W, for a different aesthetic.
