Equipped with a stylish 10.1-inch large, at-a-glance HD display, KENWOOD's DNR992RVS multimedia system includes industry-leading Garmin navigation software for trucks, vans, RVs and cars with a variety of display options to make driving easy. When you install this system, an easily customizable configuration menu allows you to enter the height, width, weight and number of axles of your vehicle. Once the system has this information, it will select appropriate safe travel directions. For large vehicles, a screen warning may appear in grey, orange, or red, depending on the severity of the situation. The POI dataset also includes RV Park Points of Interest and services from ACSI™, HERE and NKC for the best RV resources across Europe and trucking points of interest such as motorway services, roadside assistance and weighbridges. This advanced route optimizer allows the user to find the optimal driving route. By setting the route preference as 'On request' in the navigation menu, the user can choose from 'Faster time', 'Shorter distance' or 'Less fuel' for the route calculation. The built-in TMC tuner provides real-time traffic information so that the navigation system can calculate a route to avoid traffic jams or other traffic problems. With Map Care, you can rest assured that you can equip your DNR992RVS with the most recent maps for the first 3 consecutive years, after which the map updates are payable.

The KENWOOD DNR992RVS adopts a 10.1-inch HD display providing room for more information that is large and easy to comprehend with just a glance.

The DNR992RVS features an electrostatic capacitive touch panel and HD 1280 x 720 pixel LCD panel with high luminance white LED backlight and superior wide viewing angles.

Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) is added between the touch screen and the LCD to eliminate the air layer and suppress light reflection and glare. This feature enhances the contrast and brightness and maintains the visibility of the display in various environments.

The robust floating mechanism generates less vibration even on a rough road. It can be installed regardless of the size of the cluster panel opening. In addition, it is possible to adjust the position of the display in the following 3 ways, so you can fit a large screen in more vehicles.

Wireless Mirroring is a ground-breaking solution for seamlessly displaying and controlling your smartphone apps on the receivers’ large screen without cables or even a network connection. The feature is available on compatible Android phones. Some features, applications and services are not available in every region.

High-Resolution Audio is high-quality sound that far exceeds CD standards and can play 192kHz/24bit audio files. It captures and beautifully expresses details and nuances from the ultra-high to low frequencies. Both CD and Hi-Res Audio are digitized versions of the actual sound; Hi-Res Audio is able to digitize and store the sound in more detail than CD, so the waveform of the sound is closer to the original sound. Hi-Res Audio has 6.5 times more information than standard CD quality.

DNR992RVS features 4 camera inputs which allow for the utmost in convenience, flexibility and safety. You can connect a KENWOOD CMOS-320 camera (sold separately) in the front and a rear and blind view (left / right) CMOS-230 (sold separately) camera. The setting of camera type and display switching between 4 cameras can be operated easily via the receiver’s large screen.
(AV input is assignable as 4th camera input).

The optional CMOS-740HD camera can be connected to the rear or front camera inputs of the DNR992RVS, displaying the image in true HD 1280 x 720 pixels on the large screen.
This optional Front/Rear Camera Realizing High-Definition Imaging. The 180° horizontal wide-angle image is displayed on the DNR992RVS in HD image quality. With this camera, you can park safely with an easy view of the rear. Thanks to HD-TVI technology, HD videos can be transmitted and displayed on the HD display of the DNR992RVS using an analog RCA cable.
