Christmas Delivery Times

All stock items ordered by 4:00 pm Thursday 22nd December 2016 with NEXT-DAY shipping method selected will be shipped by DPD courier service overnight for delivery on Friday 23rd December 2016.

 

Smaller and less expensive items, such as accessories, entry level stereos and some speakers, ordered no later than 2:00 pm Tuesday 21th Dec, will be shipped via Post Office the same day. Special delivery can be arranged if required (additional charges may apply). Please note that Audio Visual World are not responsible for any late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or any other delivery delays beyond our control.

 

An email will be sent to your on-line account once the item has been shipped. If your item is shipped with DPD courier service and a telephone number was provided at the point of ordering, then the courier will text you on the day of delivery with a 2-hour delivery window.

 

Items out of stock will be notified via email, with an expected incoming date and alternatives may be offered. Items purchased between 24th Dec will have an extended returns period up to the 7th January

2017. Any items returned outside the 14-day Consumer Contracts Regulations will have a credit-note issued to the value of the goods only (goods have to be returned in brand new, unused, re-saleable condition). Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any promotional items received FREE with the item must also be returned, unused and unopened, otherwise the value of this promotional item will be deducted from the credit/exchange. Please note that the promotional item will not offered if we are price matching against a competitor. Please also note that credit-notes are not valid in any SALE.

 

That above delivery times are for UK MAINLAND addresses only and assume cleared funds. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Ireland (Northern & Republic), Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Channel Islands may take longer – we advise you to place your order no later than 2-PM on Tuesday 20th December if your delivery address falls in any of these destinations.
