The head unit fitting kits provide outputs to the speakers, this kit adds an amplifier to retain the original twin voice coil subwoofers.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eThis kit has a special bypass cable taking the power supply to the original amplifier to provide power to the new monoblock amplifier. The cable replaces part of the 20-316 lead provided in the FK-983\/2 or FK-770-DSP.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003ePhono leads are provided to connect the new head-unit to the amplifier. The cars sub-woofer wires are connected to the new amplifier outputs \u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eThe new amplifier is small enough to hide away in the same cubby holes as the original amplifier and tuner modules.
