The sub's innovative square cone moves much more air than a conventional 8" round cone, and the enclosure is optimized for the 8" L7 sub so it'll handle up to 500 watts RMS without breaking a sweat. The incredibly compact enclosure comes with a permanent-mount bracket that allows you to pop it in and out of your vehicle easily — Kicker even includes a carrying bag! Innovative woofer

The woofer's forged aluminum frame and Santoprene™ rubber surround handle high-level playback, while keeping the cone on track. The injection-molded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone features a 360-degree, constant-contact back bracing for strength and responsiveness. And the UniPlate™ backplate and pole piece are made as a single, solid unit to allow heat to escape the motor. Translation? Kicker designed this sub to take some serious punishment.

Tough enclosure

The enclosure is made of 1/4" thick solid aluminum with the strength to stand up to whatever's rattling around your trunk. Its black finish enhances the cool factor, along with metal mesh grilles to protect the speaker and port. Save space without sacrificing great bass.
