If you're using Kenwood's KNA-DV3100 navigation system without a compatible Kenwood touchscreen video monitor, you'll need the KNA-RC300 wireless remote to control all navigation functions. The remote will also work in conjunction with a Kenwood touchscreen monitor — it's a great way to give backseat passengers control of the navigation system, too. Two "AAA" batteries are included.
