The 12W1v3-2 12" subwoofer works in ported or sealed enclosures, enabling you to choose the type of bass you want. It features a polypropylene cone with an embossed JL Audio logo for a look that stands out as much as the sound. The removable, customizable trim ring lets you put a personal touch on your system, and makes optional grille installation a snap. This punchy W1v3 sub works well with moderate power, delivering impressive performance without costing a fortune.

To drive this single subwoofer, we recommend a mono amplifier rated between 225 and 450 watts RMS at 2 ohms
