Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Single/ Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain the use of the factory USB and steering wheel controls in select Nissan NV200 (2014-2019) vehicle models with standard radio.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the shallow installation behind the factory car stereo on Nissan NV200 (2014-2019) vehicle models, we would recommend using an aftermarket radio which has a slim bottom/ modular fit chassis or a separate hideaway chassis design.

This head unit fitting kit includes:

Nissan (grey rectangle to DIN connector) antenna adapter (With male bullet connection) (21-118k)

Nissan (grey rectangle female antenna to male DIN connection) car aerial antenna adapter cable.

This cable adapts from the grey plastic rectangle Nissan antenna connector in the car to a standard aftermarket male DIN connector, used when fitting a new aftermarket stereo.

The loose blue wire (male bullet) on the adapter needs to be connected to the antenna turn on output from the new radio, this turns on the original antenna amplifier in the car.

USB retention cable (24-252)

Cable to retain the use of the original USB port when replacing the original head unit

Allows you to maintain the car's existing USB socket and use it with a new aftermarket headunit.

Steering wheel control interface (29-671)

Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable for Nissan Navara D40, NV200, Pathfinder, Patrol and Qashqai cars to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade.

The cable adapts from the 20-pin Nissan connector (the connector has a larger size terminal at either end of the connector) in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable.

The steering wheel control interface is built into the adapter cable for a plug-and-play installation.

This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip, source and phone buttons. (6 function steering wheels)

This interface fits cars with the newer 20 way car audio connector that has two larger size terminals at either end of the connector.
These radios will also have an additional smaller connector, this is used for CD changer and navigation audio. It is not used when changing the head unit.

Installation notes

Connect male ISO(S) of the steering wheel control interface to the female ISO(S) of the aftermarket radio lead/head unit
Loose black wire - Connect the radio ground earth ring to the vehicles chassis ground
Loose pink wire - Connect the pink wire to the speed pulse connector on the aftermarket radio (Not all radios have this, please check manufacturers instructions)
Loose blue wire (Amplifier turn-on) - This is only required on amplified systems such as BOSE.
Loose blue wire (Antenna turn-on) - This needs to be connected to the antenna turn on cable on the antenna adapter cable (21-118k)

Universal patch lead (29-025)

Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 29- series steering wheel control interfaces. This cable plugs into the 29-Series control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.

Suitable for Use with Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, Philips, Dynavin and non branded Chinese head units.

Single/ Double DIN fascia adapter (50-644)

Replacement audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the vehicle to a Double DIN aftermarket version

The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.

This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation.

A pocket is provided for Single DIN installation
